Try searching domain name in Google, first and foremost name would appear would be of Godaddy. Godaddy is one of the old domain registrar provider and is leading in the market

Thanks for this concise and useful post. Its useful to refer to whenever anybody is willing to buy Domain Names. I’ve a few domain names at DomainRightNow and some in GoDaddy. Other domain registrars are new to me.
I guess BigRock is better. Though the renewal cost is bit higher, the whois security is bundled with it, so worth the price?
Yes if course, if you compare GoDaddy and BigRock, BigRock wins the battle and its worth to go for it.

You can redirect the old links to new URL using 301 redirect plugin and also submit it to google webmaster
